Books About Diversity to Read to Your Children

We have witnessed a global pandemic that has shaken the world to its very core disrupting lives and businesses. We have no power over the spread of the virus other than staying apart and exercising good hygiene to flatten the curve.

During this time, we have also seen countless lives disrupted by something we completely have every control over, racism. This has shaken us to our core in disbelief of how we are divided just by our skin color and of how much violence and deaths have sprung from that.

We believe this starts with us – parents, caretakers, schools, teachers, and anyone with little children around them.

So many kids have been confused about the recent happenings and it is our responsibility to teach them and show them in a language they understand about diversity and equality for a better tomorrow.

Kids love books and this is one sure way to educate them in their understanding of diversity through stories.

We have curated 10 children’s books to promote diversity in every home.
